Grown at 1,900 to 2,100 meters in Yirgacheffe, in southern Ethiopia, this washed coffee is everything we love about the region: bright, floral and remarkably clean. We roast it light to protect its natural nuances, so expect blueberry and lime up front, a soft note of rose and a gentle, sage-like finish.
