An organic, single-origin coffee from the mountains of Tolima, Colombia, sourced through the Asotbilbao producers. Washed and light roasted, it is juicy and lively in the cup, with cherry juice and plum, a bright pineapple sweetness, a hint of cola and a smooth white chocolate finish.

Best as a pour over or drip coffee, where its clarity really shows.
