About this coffee
This Sumatra Mandheling is wet-hulled, the traditional Indonesian process that gives it its earthy depth, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which removes caffeine with water instead of chemical solvents. Roasted to a medium City+, it is sweet and full-bodied, with cedar, herbal notes and dark chocolate.
Great as an evening pour over, French press or decaf espresso.
